ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES


General Instructions:

  • Invited speakers will present for 30 minutes, including the Q&A session.
  • General presenters will have 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A, totaling 15 minutes.
  • Begin by introducing yourself and your topic, and inform your audience about the key points you will cover.
  • Present your talk in a structured manner, covering introduction, methods, results and discussion, and conclude with a summary of the most important points of your work.
  • Be mindful of your allocated time and ensure you stay within the limits.
  • The Best Presentation Award in each session will be recognized with a certificate for outstanding performance.

Technical Setup and File Preparation:

  • On-site technical support will be available to ensure the smooth delivery of all oral presentations.
  • Laptops will be provided in each room, and presentations should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
  • If your presentation includes videos, compress and embed them where possible. It is advisable to test video functionality in advance.
  • Please note that there will be no translation services during the sessions, so all presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES


General Instructions:

  • Your poster must be 70 cm x 100 cm in portrait format. (Download poster template)
  • Place the title and author's name at the top section, as stated in the submitted abstract. Ensure all text and illustrations are clear and readable.
  • Tape and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be provided for your convenience. Please install your poster at the assigned board number.
  • Posters must be removed at the end of the session to maintain the venue's organization.

Guidelines for Presentation:

  • Presenter must stay at the poster throughout the session to discuss the work and deliver the presentation to the committee.
  • The Best Poster Award will be recognized with a certificate for outstanding presentations.
